- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ½ cm thickness. Cut into small squares (6×6 cm each).
- Make the cheese filling by mixing mozzarella, parmesan, Italian herbs, garlic powder, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Fill each dough square with 1 tbsp of cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges toward the middle, pinching them tightly to seal the filling inside. Roll gently into smooth balls.
- Place the rolls on the baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
- Serve warm with tomato sauce for dipping.
