Description

These Cheesy Stuffed Pizza Rolls are the perfect bite-sized snack for any occasion! With a crispy golden crust and a gooey cheese-filled center, they’re easy to make and incredibly delicious. Serve them warm with tomato sauce for dipping, and enjoy a fun, flavorful treat in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 100 g shredded mozzarella
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ½ cm thickness. Cut into small squares (6×6 cm each).
  • Make the cheese filling by mixing mozzarella, parmesan, Italian herbs, garlic powder, and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Fill each dough square with 1 tbsp of cheese mixture in the center.
  • Fold the edges toward the middle, pinching them tightly to seal the filling inside. Roll gently into smooth balls.
  • Place the rolls on the baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
  • Serve warm with tomato sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, brush the rolls with olive oil before baking.
  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
  • Reheating: Warm in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 5-7 minutes or microwave for 30-40 seconds.
  • Customization: Add chopped spinach, olives, or sun-dried tomatoes to the filling for extra flavor.
